How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order or resized jewelry, please allow 4-6 weeks for production before shipment.
What is your return policy on fine jewelry?
We accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Please note that all custom-designed pieces and resized rings are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via insured FedEx International Priority. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes incurred by their local customs office.
Can I have a ring resized after purchase?
Many of our rings can be resized within a limited range. We offer one complimentary resizing for eligible rings within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Sustainability and ethics are core to our brand. We use reclaimed gold and source our antique and unique gemstones from reputable suppliers who adhere to strict ethical standards.
